ACCESS Fashion ships your orders via partnered courier services.
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. During sales periods, shipping and delivery may be delayed by up to 4 business days.
If your order is a gift, please mention it in the comments section so we can include appropriate packaging and an exchange card.
Returns & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our e-shop representative at +30 2310472794 or email eshop@accessfashion.gr within 2 hours of completing your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and be delivered within 14 days from the delivery date, provided it is unused and in its original condition. If the item has been used or its packaging is altered, the return will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Options:
- If you need an exchange, place a new order, selecting "Return" as the payment method. When the package will be delivered to e-shop department, the new order will be dispatched. For any financial difference, the online shop operator will contact you about the method of payment.
- If you need a refund, it is deposited in your Credit-Debit Card or Paypal or Klarna depending on the payment method used
Send the item back including the purchase receipt and place the return label outside the package. Call the courier company that delivered the original order to you in order to receive it.
For returns from non-EU countries, all shipping costs, custom duties and taxes and certain customs clearance expenses are borne by the customer. After the parcel is re-imported and delivered to ACCESS FASHION, you will receive a notifiacation of the overall cost.
