Suppose that your purchase has not fulfilled your expectations. In that case, our company allows you to return it and be delivered within fourteen (14) days of delivery, only if unused and in its original condition. If the return exceeds 14 calendar days from the delivery date or if the above premises are not fulfilled, ACCESS ABEE has the right not to accept the return of the products.
You can receive a refund, which is deposited in your Credit -Debit Card or Paypal or Klarna depending on the payment method used. All shipping costs are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount. To calculate the cost, please click here.
Prepare the package, enclose your retail sales receipt or a copy of it and place the return label that you will find inside. Call the courier company that delivered the original order to you in order to receive it.
Shipments to Non-EU countries
All shipping costs, customs duties and taxes and certain customs clearance expenses concerning returns of shipments outside the European Union are borne by the customer. Therefore, customs clearance and shipping costs will vary from country to country. After the parcel is re-imported, cleared and delivered to ACCESS FASHION, you will receive a notification of the overall cost. If the value of products returned exceeds the expenses incurred, the difference will be in your charge. Otherwise, you will receive an extra charge for the supplementary costs.
