A: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days. During sale periods, processing might take up to 8 business days due to high demand. We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

A: Absolutely! If your order is a gift, just mention in the comments section that you'd like special packaging or an exchange card, and we'll take care of the rest.
