Returns & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our e-shop representative at +30 2310472794 or email eshop@accessfashion.gr within 2 hours of completing your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the shipping date (as indicated on the receipt), provided it is unused and in its original condition. If the item has been used or its packaging is altered, the return will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Options:

• Exchange at an ACCESS Fashion Store
  
  

• Available only during morning hours for items from the current season.

• Items from past collections can only be exchanged at the outlet store in Korydallos (Taxiarchon 64, Athens) & at Designer Outlet Athens(Spata Attica).

• Exchange via the Online Store
  
  

• Place a new order, selecting "Return" as the payment method and writing "EXCHANGE" in the comments.

• Send the item back, including the purchase receipt and the return form.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the new order.

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Store credit from returned products can be used within one year from the date of issue.

Return Costs:

• Via ELTA Courier or Courier Center: €4.00 (charged to the recipient)

• Via BOX NOW: €4.00

• The amount will be added to your new order.
